For agencies building a repeatable lead-to-sales process.
- Lead discovery and supported enrichment
- Seven-signal diagnosis
- Audit and sales-deck generation
- Supported outreach and pipeline workflows
- No GoHighLevel Agency Pro requirement
R6 Steward finds and enriches business leads, diagnoses seven commercial signals, and turns each opportunity into a finished audit and sales deck in under 90 seconds. Then it helps your agency move from outreach to a provisioned GoHighLevel account.
Your judgment stays in control. The repetitive production work disappears.
No credit card required. Includes 25 free trial credits.
Diagnosis becomes a clear sales case: reviewable, useful, and ready for the conversation your team actually wants to have.
Seven signals organize scattered research into a commercial point of view. The score is a starting point, not the pitch.

A client-facing audit explains what was observed, why it matters, and where a focused offer can create value.

The deck gives your operator a clear narrative to review, edit, and deliver, not a raw dump of internal implementation details.

Every generator below runs off the same lead record, so the story stays consistent from the first call to the tenth month, and every screen is real product, not a mockup.
A one-page prep sheet so the first call opens with specifics about the business, not small talk.
See how it works →PitchThe seven-signal diagnosis, turned into a document you can hand straight to the prospect.
See how it works →PitchA presentation-ready narrative your operator reviews, edits, and delivers, not a raw data dump.
See how it works →PitchPricing options sized to the specific gap the audit found, ready to close on in the same call.
See how it works →Onboard & deliverEverything a new client needs to get started, generated the day the deal closes.
See how it works →Onboard & deliverThe working materials your team actually uses to run the account day to day.
See how it works →Onboard & deliverBrings a new hire up to speed on an existing account without a manual handoff.
See how it works →RetainKeeps the relationship active between billing cycles, not just at renewal time.
See how it works →Three phases keep seven stages legible. Each hand-off removes repetitive work while the owner keeps the decision.
Before: the output below previously required a five-person team stitching research, outreach, and account setup together by hand. After: one operator directs the same flow end to end.
Source businesses that match your market and offer.
Fill in the context that makes an opportunity usable.
Inspect seven signals and surface a credible gap.
Produce the audit, deck, and supported sales material.
Run supported outreach workflows with approval points.
Track the opportunity through the pipeline to sold.
R6 Steward creates the sold client's sub-account and applies the snapshot your agency prepared inside GoHighLevel.
The owner still decides. R6 Steward keeps the production moving between those decisions.
One structured diagnosis makes the gaps visible without pretending a score is the deliverable.
Can the right people find this business when demand is already present?
DiscoverDoes the public proof support trust at the moment a prospect is choosing?
TrustAre the conversion paths and next steps ready to turn attention into action?
ConvertIs there a way to bring interested visitors back into a useful conversation?
ReturnIs there an obvious next offer or expansion path after the first win?
ExpandDo the systems and follow-up create confidence that the experience will hold?
DeliverDoes the business appear when people ask AI tools for category or local options?
EmergeThe score is not the deliverable. It identifies the gaps your agency can turn into a credible sales case.
Illustrative states for common DMA-targeted markets. Select a vertical to see where the conversation may begin.
Illustrative starting read for a local dental practice.
Your agency creates and maintains its reusable snapshot inside GoHighLevel. R6 Steward automates creating the sold client's sub-account and applying the selected snapshot.
Agency owns the setup. R6 handles the repeated application during provisioning. The Agency plan requires the customer's own GoHighLevel Agency Pro plan.
Before: an operator manually creates the location, sets timezone, and re-enters defaults for every sold client. After: R6 Steward creates the sub-account and applies your prepared snapshot automatically.
Opportunity moves into delivery.
New GoHighLevel location is created.
Your reusable setup is chosen.
The prepared setup is loaded into the account.
Supported onboarding hand-off can continue.
R6 Steward does not design or create the snapshot. Your agency maintains it inside GoHighLevel.
Start with the operator in the room. Keep the same operating shape as volume grows.
Before: more clients means more pre-sales headcount. After: the same operator covers more opportunities because the repetitive production work is gone.
More sales-ready opportunities without adding more pre-sales work.
One way of diagnosing and delivering across teams and client volume.
External account requirements stay visible, so your team knows what it owns.

HunterFirecrawlGoHighLevel uses your token and Location ID. Agency provisioning requires your own Agency Pro plan. Instantly requires a customer-managed account and API key. Data providers support operations; they are not customer-managed integrations.
Your GoHighLevel and Instantly credentials are your own - stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), never shared, and used only to run your workflows.
Both plans support the pre-sale workflow. Agency adds supported GoHighLevel client-account provisioning.

R6 Steward is an operating layer for agency judgment, not a replacement for it.
What it replaces: repetitive research, scoring, document production, outreach operations, pipeline administration, and supported CRM setup work, not the agency owner.
If a workflow requires your account, snapshot, or approval, the answer says so.
Start with the pre-sale workflow, then add supported provisioning when your agency is ready.
The landing page shows three outputs. This is the rest of the platform — every screen a working operator touches, from first search to renewal, on one real example lead.
You start from a market, not a spreadsheet: pick an area, a category, and the filters that matter, and the platform pulls real local businesses instead of a purchased list.
Every result feeds directly into diagnosis, so sourcing and qualifying happen in one pass, not two separate tools.

Companies and people are tracked as separate, linked views, so a single business can carry multiple contacts without losing the thread between them.
This is the shared record every asset below reads from and writes back to — diagnosis, outreach status, and generated assets all live on the same lead.

Reach, Reputation, Readiness, Remarketing, Reselling, Reliability, and AI Visibility organize scattered research into a single, defensible read on where a business stands.
When a signal has no supporting evidence, the narrative says so directly rather than silently defaulting to an average score — the diagnosis is meant to be checked, not just trusted.

A one-page prep sheet that turns the diagnosis into talking points: what was found, why it matters to this specific business, and where to start the conversation.
Built so an operator can walk into the first call already sounding like they've done the homework.

The full seven-signal diagnosis, formatted as a client-facing document a prospect can read on their own or review live on a call.
This is the artifact behind the proof points on the landing page — the same audit shown there, not a simplified version.

A presentation-ready narrative generated from the audit: the gap, the opportunity, and a recommended starting point, structured as slides your operator can present as-is or edit first.

Pricing options generated to match the specific gap the audit surfaced, so the close happens in the same conversation as the diagnosis, not a follow-up call two weeks later.

The moment a deal closes, this generates what a new client needs to get started — removing the usual gap between "they signed" and "we actually began."

The working materials your team uses to run the account day to day, generated from the same lead record instead of rebuilt from scratch per client.

Brings a new hire up to speed on an existing account — what's been done, what the client cares about — without a manual handoff document.

Keeps the relationship active between billing cycles instead of only showing up at renewal, using the same lead and account history the rest of the platform already has.

A conversational interface over the platform's own tools — ask for an asset, a status check, or a next step, and it proposes the action rather than making you hunt through menus.

Tracks outreach status per lead against the BYOK cold-email provider connected on your own account — visibility on what went out and what's pending, in one place.

Surfaces how a lead compares against nearby competitors on the same signals used in the diagnosis, adding context an operator can use in the pitch.

A rollup view of how the book of business is trending, so an owner can see account health without opening every lead individually.

A standing summary of what changed and what needs attention, meant to be the first thing an operator checks, not something they have to remember to look for.

Generated assets push directly into a connected GoHighLevel sub-account using your own token, so the work done here lands where the account is actually run day to day, not in a separate export step.

R6 Steward collects the information needed to provide its SaaS platform for GoHighLevel-based digital marketing agencies. The categories depend on how you use the service.
For agency users, this can include a name, email address, authentication information handled through Supabase Auth, workspace information, and messages or information you provide when requesting support.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Stripe handles payment card information directly. R6 Steward does not store raw card numbers. We may receive subscription, invoice, payment status, and limited billing-contact information from Stripe so we can manage your account.
The service processes business information about your agency's leads and prospects, such as a business name, address, phone number, email address, and sometimes a named decision-maker. This information is sourced from public and commercial data providers and is used for lead discovery, enrichment, diagnosis, generation, and outreach workflows.
We may collect information about actions taken in the service, credits used, integration activity, device or browser information, IP address, timestamps, and error or diagnostic logs. This helps us operate, secure, support, and improve the platform.
We use collected information to:
We do not use customer data to sell lists or resell the data in customer workspaces.
R6 Steward can store API keys and credentials that a customer chooses to provide for GoHighLevel, Instantly, AI providers, or other supported integrations. These credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
Customer-supplied keys are used only to run requests for the customer who supplied them. They are not shared across customer accounts. Customers are responsible for keeping their third-party accounts, tokens, and keys authorized and in good standing.
We retain account, workspace, lead, output, usage, and support information while it is needed to provide the service, manage billing, resolve disputes, maintain security, or meet other legitimate operational needs. Retention can also depend on the customer's instructions and the requirements of the providers used for a requested integration.
There is no self-service deletion flow at this time. To request deletion of an account or customer data, contact Mike Cooch at mike@lvrg.com. We will confirm the request, take reasonable steps to identify the requesting customer, and coordinate the deletion process. Some limited information may be retained where needed for billing records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
R6 Steward is designed to process business-contact information about an agency's leads and prospects. That information may include a business name, business address, business phone number, business email address, and sometimes the name of a decision-maker.
This lead information is sourced from public information and commercial data providers. It is not generally collected directly from the individuals who appear in an agency's lead list by signing up for R6 Steward. Customers decide which leads to research, what outputs to generate, and whether or how to contact those leads.
Customers are responsible for using lead data lawfully and for honoring applicable privacy, marketing, and outreach requirements. R6 Steward does not guarantee that any particular third-party source is complete, current, or accurate.
R6 Steward uses practical technical controls intended to protect customer information, including:
No security measure is perfect. Customers should also use strong account credentials, protect their integration keys, and notify us if they believe an account or credential has been compromised.
